What you will do

  • Establish and modernize the customer reference program, building core processes and advocate profiles.
  • Build the advocate pipeline by consolidating signals from various departments into a centralized, actionable pool.
  • Create customer stories through interviews and collaboration with Product Marketing and Content teams.
  • Activate customers by supporting sales references, speaking opportunities, testimonials, and campaign activations.
  • Build trusted customer relationships by proactively nurturing and managing relationships with customer advocates.
  • Build scalable advocacy systems and apply AI and automation to improve advocate discovery, matching, outreach, and tracking.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in customer advocacy or customer marketing.
  • Experience establishing, building, and managing strong customer relationships.
  • Hands-on experience building and running customer reference programs.
  • Comfortable using AI and modern tools to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Nice to have

  • Experience interviewing customers and contributing to written customer stories or case studies.
  • Experience with advocacy platforms, Salesforce dashboard building, or AI-powered tools.
  • Experience in the content, CMS, or DXP space.
