Location: Full-time, in-office role based in Santa Barbara, CA headquarters. Must be able to work 5 days per week in the office.
Salary: $57,000 base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $81,000 (including uncapped bonus).

What you will do
- Design and execute strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to engage key decision-makers.
- Research, identify, and deeply qualify new business opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Conduct in-depth pre-call research on prospects and accounts to tailor messaging.
- Utilize Salesforce daily to track progress, manage follow-up cadences, and provide critical market feedback.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to refine strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or goal-oriented role.
