TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Designing and executing strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns to initiate conversations with C-Suite and VPs at major healthcare systems with an accent on rapid research, identifying, and deeply qualifying new business opportunities. Focus on tailoring messaging through in-depth pre-call intelligence, tracking progress in Salesforce, and providing critical market feedback to leadership.

Location: Full-time, in-office role based in Santa Barbara, CA headquarters. Must be able to work 5 days per week in the office.

Salary: $57,000 base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $81,000 (including uncapped bonus).

What you will do

  • Design and execute strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to engage key decision-makers.
  • Research, identify, and deeply qualify new business opportunities for the Account Executive team.
  • Conduct in-depth pre-call research on prospects and accounts to tailor messaging.
  • Utilize Salesforce daily to track progress, manage follow-up cadences, and provide critical market feedback.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to refine strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or goal-oriented role.
  • Unstoppable Drive: Highly motivated and intrinsically driven with a strong desire to compete and achieve ambitious personal and professional goals.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to professionally engage senior executives.

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to B2B technology sales or internships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or outreach automation platforms.
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling or professional phone-based outreach.
  • Interest or background in the rapidly evolving Healthcare or HealthTech industry.
