TL;DR
Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Responsible for onboarding Premium and Pro customers on the Perk platform, providing technical and educational support with an accent on administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Location: Must be within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.
Salary: $75,000 base, $85,000 total on-target earnings (base + commission).

What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing the first impression of Perk to customers.
- Collect customer requirements through consultative conversations and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage the rollout of the new platform, offering guides, templates, and recommendations to ensure adoption and long-term success.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive-level stakeholders and company-wide training.
- Provide technical support to clients as they set up integrations to marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

- Proactive approach to making recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
