Solutions Engineer

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (CRM): Guiding clients through platform implementation and third-party integrations, providing solutions for complex use cases, and developing best practices. Focus on RESTful API and Javascript integration, dynamic scripting for email language, and designing data structures for seamless downstream flow.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $95,000.00-$130,000.00 base salary annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the hirify.global platform.
• Help clients implement hirify.global’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack.
• Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help to create repeatable processes and documentation.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams.
• Document and record all completed project work.

Requirements

• You have a BS in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services.
• You have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, you are comfortable with JSON data structure, you read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript, you have experience with PHP (or other programming language), and you are capable of using Browser Developer Tools.
• You understand differences between SQL and noSQL.
• You have the ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and complex business challenges.
• Currently located in the US.

Nice to have

• Have experience in enterprise marketing automation, email marketing and/or digital marketing industries.
• Have enterprise client experience.
