Email Marketing Coordinator

Location: This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.

What you will do

• Coordinate the development and execution of promotional, lifecycle, and triggered email campaigns.
• Build, test, and deploy emails using an ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo).
• Manage email production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• QA emails for layout, links, personalization, and rendering across devices and browsers.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting on key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Sales).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
• Experience pulling and analyzing large data sets and interpreting results.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with email service providers and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email.
• Experience with retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands.
• Experience with SMS.
• Passion for interior design and the luxury home industry.
