Location: Requires you to be based within commuting distance of hubs. Assistance with relocation from anywhere in the world is available.

What you will do

• Use data and user feedback to uncover opportunities for impact and turn them into actionable strategies.
• Communicate the vision behind product areas to inspire the team and align stakeholders.
• Define clear plans for tackling problems, explaining why they matter and how success will be measured.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other functions to bring strategy to life and deliver value incrementally.
• Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.
• Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused and foster creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager; experience working on a Tax product is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.
• Understanding of great user experience and experience creating customer-facing products.
• Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, especially in finance, tax, and compliance.
• Ability to break down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly.
• Experience working with teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.
