What you will do

• Develop and execute full life cycle sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Post ads, attend events, screen candidates, and organize interviews.
• Assess talent using market intelligence and analyze social profiles, resumes, and applications.
• Provide excellent candidate experience through timely follow-up and onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with global and domestic best practices in recruiting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing relationships and roles directly with hiring managers.
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment or a high-growth company.

Nice to have

• In-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for both go-to-market and/or engineering roles at a tech company.
• Recruiting experience in a U.S.-based, global organization.
