What you will do

• Design and develop high-impact learning programs for global sales and partner enablement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-centric content.
• Create and maintain global technical learning content covering cloud AI infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert and administrator.
• Monitor learner engagement and effectiveness through LMS analytics and reporting.
• Define learning success metrics and iterate on content and programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales/technical sales enablement.
• Demonstrated experience designing learning for sales or go-to-market teams.
• Proven experience in technical instructional design, including working with complex technical subject matter.
• Hands-on experience administering and managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience designing certification programs or technical enablement curricula.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement frameworks.
