What you will do
- Design and develop high-impact learning programs for global sales and partner enablement.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-centric content.
- Create and maintain global technical learning content covering cloud AI infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert and administrator.
- Monitor learner engagement and effectiveness through LMS analytics and reporting.
- Define learning success metrics and iterate on content and programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales/technical sales enablement.
- Demonstrated experience designing learning for sales or go-to-market teams.
- Proven experience in technical instructional design, including working with complex technical subject matter.
- Hands-on experience administering and managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience designing certification programs or technical enablement curricula.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement frameworks.
