What you will do
- Support planning and execution of customer marketing programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, reference programs, and user groups.
- Plan and execute upsell and renewal campaigns to support revenue expansion goals.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to support communication strategies for onboarding, product adoption, and renewals.
- Help plan and execute customer events, webinars, and community engagement programs.
- Draft and produce content that highlights customer success stories and demonstrates the value of hirify.global's platform.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to translate customer experiences into clear, compelling content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
