What you will do
- Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into paying customers.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across paid channels.
- Build a scalable performance engine, developing campaign architecture, audience strategy, offer testing, and budget allocation frameworks.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define segmentation, lead scoring, and routing.
- Create and own a lifecycle marketing strategy in partnership with the email marketing team.
- Set up measurement and reporting frameworks that show the impact of the program on key metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Deep, hands-on experience running multi-channel paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other performance channels.
- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams to build new programs from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
- Demonstrated success owning significant budgets and hitting growth targets.
- Experience marketing advertising solutions, ad tech, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
