What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, advising on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Build and manage robust talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term GTM scaling.
• Translate business objectives into effective recruitment plans, aligning hiring to growth and revenue goals.
• Use data, funnel analytics, and market insights to identify challenges and influence hiring decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives across GTM functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles within high-growth tech or IT companies.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise tech markets.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Proven ability to own and scale a function or business unit.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms.
• Passion for building in a fast-paced startup environment.
