What you will do

• Manage and close hirify.global opportunities in alignment with Microsoft sales teams and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target goals.
• Build, manage, and close pipeline, maintaining 3x coverage to your assigned quota.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and its sales teams.
• Effectively communicate hirify.global's value proposition and benefits to potential customers.
• Participate in field events with partners and Microsoft counterparts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in technology (cloud computing, IT services, SaaS).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experienced selling to the C-Suite and in MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
