What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to map and prioritize target accounts across UKI.
  • Screen and qualify inbound leads generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets criteria.
  • Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget.
  • Represent hirify.global at key European tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI.
  • Gather market intelligence during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Marketing.
  • Monitor outreach metrics and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize cadences and scripts.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required, both written and verbal.
  • 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with a proven track record targeting UKI markets.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and local data-privacy regulations.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable operating in a hybrid office model.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.
