What you will do

• Lead the Identity & Security Product Management team responsible for delivering Identity and Access Management, Queryable Encryption, and other customer-facing security features within the hirify.global platform.
• Drive highly regulated customer platform security and compliance requirements into hirify.global products.
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across your ownership areas in partnership with Engineering counterparts.
• Define security go-to-market strategies, identify key market/competitive trends and customer opportunities, and plan and manage programs to execute against those strategies by partnering with sales leadership at regional and global levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing teams and demonstrating leadership skills.
• 10+ years of Product and/or Engineering Security experience working with enterprise-focused technologies and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to large executive audiences and key enterprise customers globally.
• Experience or Expertise in One or more of the following: CEH, GSEC, CISM, Comp TIA Security +, CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CASP+, OSCP, AWS Solution Architect Pro, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty or other cloud provider equivalents.
• Working knowledge and/or hands-on experience with several of the following areas: Identity & Access Management, operating system & platform security, network security, database security, and an understanding of network and web-related protocols.
• Strong technical acumen.
