Inbound SDR (Sales Development Representative): Responding to and qualifying incoming leads for the UKI and French market, with an accent on identifying customer needs and presenting hirify.global's value proposition. Focus on engaging in consultative conversations with key stakeholders like Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and offer solutions.
Location: Hybrid, based within commuting distance of our hubs. Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required. Relocation support to a hub is available.

What you will do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from the website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with Account Directors.
- Identify and assess prospective customer needs, providing clear information about hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and interactions in Salesforce.
- Develop expert knowledge of the hirify.global platform to answer prospect questions.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Native French language skills and high English proficiency (C1) are required.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with sound judgement and integrity.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required.
