What you will do

• Oversee the project management process, including governance, team leadership, tracking, monitoring, and quality controls.
• Lead the analysis and implementation of PMO tools to plan, manage, and track programs/projects.
• Develop strategies for governing the project portfolio and resource allocation.
• Direct, manage, and plan the delivery of programs/projects for platform enhancements and production.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to project managers and other professionals, sharing best practices.
• Contribute to financial and resource planning, manage resources, and coordinate technical evaluations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience acting as an advisor and partner in business strategy development.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven success championing multiple project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Must be authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship now and in the future.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of leading and delivering medium to large scale programs and projects.
• Excellent presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.
• Experience managing business engagements and balancing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with data and analytics processes, including ETL, data governance, reporting, and data science.
• Experience working with technology vendors and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with policy administration platforms at all stages of application and product development lifecycles.
