What you will do

• Establish and manage the program governance framework, cadence, and communication plan.
• Maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate activities across data governance, data quality, data lifecycle, data products, data enrichment, and insights workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders across business, product, IT, analytics, and enterprise PMO teams.
• Track deliverables, KPIs, budget, and vendor resource allocation.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and escalation pathways.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing multi-workstream data or digital transformation programs.
• Proven success in implementing PMO best practices within enterprise technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics programs, and data engineering workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
