• Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee project invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
• Utilize MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management.
• Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure project objectives are met.

• Extensive experience in project invoicing planning and estimation.
• Proficiency in project tracking and time management.
• Strong skills in project quality and scope management.
• Solid understanding of project risk management strategies.
• Expertise in project cost and budget management.
• Skilled in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
