Salary: $157,000 - $251,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall business strategy for global accounts, aligning with hirify.global's goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performance sales culture, mentoring and developing your team.
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven analysis of territory pipeline and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to align business objectives and strategies.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients within hirify.global, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven leader of direct and globally matrixed teams with 5+ years of global field sales management.
  • Advanced skill set and experience working and selling into the financial services industry.
  • Experience running large revenue streams of [$100M+], with a track record of closing large deals.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Pure’s portfolio and the ability to create business solutions.
  • Ability to create a business case justifying investment with data and business acumen.
  • Credibility, savvy, and influence to understand and scale up and down a customer's organization.
