Salary: $60,000 CAD annually (Base) + target $25,000 CAD annually (Commission), for an expected total of $85,000 CAD annually.

What you will do
- Follow up on inbound marketing generated leads, cold calling, and multi-touch activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly opportunities objectives.
- Collaborate with the broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of hirify.global’s product and service value propositions.
- Show progression and desire to excel in the SDR role with support for career progression.
- Meet activity metrics (calls and emails) and align with marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.
- Experience calling into the CXO level.
- Proven track record with new account development.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Must be available to work from the Toronto office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
