TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech, AI): Engaging qualified inbound leads, understanding their needs, and setting them up for success with the sales team with an accent on creating a thoughtful, helpful, and consultative experience. Focus on collaborating closely with marketing and sales to turn interest into opportunity and drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in our Toronto office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $60,000 CAD annually (Base) + target $25,000 CAD annually (Commission), for an expected total of $85,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

  • Follow up on inbound marketing generated leads, cold calling, and multi-touch activities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly opportunities objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of hirify.global’s product and service value propositions.
  • Show progression and desire to excel in the SDR role with support for career progression.
  • Meet activity metrics (calls and emails) and align with marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.
  • Experience calling into the CXO level.
  • Proven track record with new account development.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Must be available to work from the Toronto office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
