What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for large-scale AI solutions within the hirify.global Data Cloud.
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
• Act as the voice of the customer, engaging deeply with users and executives to gather insights.
• Commercialize innovation by distilling insights from customer solutions into scalable, repeatable products.
• Shape business strategy by working with leadership at hirify.global and customer organizations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful enterprise software or cloud services.
• Deep technical fluency to lead architectural discussions with senior engineers and hands-on experience with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows).
• Demonstrated ability to develop a product strategy and translate it into a concrete, actionable roadmap.
• Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.

• Experience building and launching products for developers or data scientists.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform and Data Cloud ecosystem.
