TL;DR

Senior Strategy Associate: Coordinating and driving internal innovation efforts and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with an accent on project management, strategic outcomes, and stakeholder communication. Focus on converting high-level strategies into actionable projects, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring effective program implementation to deliver business value.

Location: Remote - USA. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions.

Salary: $129,000–$161,200 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management efforts to implement strategic directives.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource estimations for enterprise-wide programs.
• Convert high-level strategies into actionable projects and ensure effective program implementation.
• Identify potential bottlenecks in strategy execution, recommend course corrections, and prioritize project efforts.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation, proactively managing dependencies between teams.
• Deliver and present project reports to senior leadership providing visibility into progress and resource utilization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree + 4 years.
• Experience in innovation management, change management, and/or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year to meet for in-person sessions.
• Must work a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in Westlake/Dallas, TX Tuesday through Thursday.
