TL;DR

Program Manager: Leading multi-channel marketing initiatives for enterprise-level clients with an accent on translating business objectives into executable plans and driving high-quality delivery. Focus on managing integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative while balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail.

Location: Must reside in the provinces of Ontario and Québec, Canada

Salary: CAD 115,000 - CAD 145,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic media, web, mobile, and email.
  • Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans involving strategy, creative, data, media, and technology teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor project managers as required and improve project management processes.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, forecasting, and margin management for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
  • Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
  • Expert knowledge of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
  • Expert understanding of project management methodology and the ability to resolve issues and manage risk.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
  • Fluency in English is necessary for Quebec-based candidates because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience with clients in Travel & Tourism/Leisure, Emerging Brands, IMDA.
  • Experience supporting or managing creative versioning workflows, Marketing automation campaigns, Martech platform integrations.
