What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic media, web, mobile, and email.
- Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans involving strategy, creative, data, media, and technology teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage and mentor project managers as required and improve project management processes.
- Ensure accurate financial tracking, forecasting, and margin management for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
- Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
- Expert knowledge of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
- Expert understanding of project management methodology and the ability to resolve issues and manage risk.
- 7-10 years of experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
- Fluency in English is necessary for Quebec-based candidates because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe.

- Experience with clients in Travel & Tourism/Leisure, Emerging Brands, IMDA.
- Experience supporting or managing creative versioning workflows, Marketing automation campaigns, Martech platform integrations.
