Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA). In office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Lead and scale organic search strategy across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Build search infrastructure and technical foundation, partnering with Engineering to implement best practices.
• Drive content strategy informed by search insights, conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Execute cross-functionally and build reporting frameworks for organic search performance.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap decisions that impact search performance.
• Monitor emerging AI platforms and search technologies to stay ahead of the evolving landscape.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SEO and organic search marketing experience, with proven expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link building strategies.
• Deep understanding of emerging search paradigms, including AEO and GEO for AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Proven ability to develop content strategies informed by search insights and user intent.
