What you will do
- Leverage and grow two key communities: the Ambassador Program (1,000+ members) and StrongHer (women entrepreneurs).
- Design and execute large-scale premium events and experiences for existing customers.
- Amplify word-of-mouth and referrals to increase organic referrals and strengthen brand attachment.
- Boost social media visibility by showcasing client experiences.
- Coordinate with product streams, Brand, Social Media, CRM, and marketing teams for initiative integration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience organizing events and building communities at scale, ideally in a B2C environment.
- Able to design original client experiences for a large customer base.
- Strong organizational skills and rigor for event execution and logistics.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, a hands-on DIY attitude, and personally executing initiatives.
- Passion for serving entrepreneurial audiences and understanding community engagement.
- Successfully coordinated complex projects across multiple teams.
- Fluent in French and English.
