What you will do

• Leverage and grow two key communities: the Ambassador Program (1,000+ members) and StrongHer (women entrepreneurs).
• Design and execute large-scale premium events and experiences for existing customers.
• Amplify word-of-mouth and referrals to increase organic referrals and strengthen brand attachment.
• Boost social media visibility by showcasing hirify.global client experiences.
• Coordinate with product streams, Brand, Social Media, CRM, and marketing teams for initiative integration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience organizing events and building communities at scale, ideally in a B2C environment.
• Able to design original client experiences for a large customer base.
• Strong organizational skills and rigor for event execution and logistics.
• Comfortable with A/B testing, a hands-on DIY attitude, and personally executing initiatives.
• Passion for serving entrepreneurial audiences and understanding community engagement.
• Successfully coordinated complex projects across multiple teams.
• Fluent in French and English.
