Location: Hybrid, based in Stockholm (preferred) or Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you will do

• Analyze customer freight network data to generate insights for autonomous and electric transportation roadmaps.
• Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations based on data analysis outcomes.
• Conduct research and technical/business analysis to create persuasive reports and stories.
• Lead and facilitate customer discussions with executive stakeholders alongside commercial teams.
• Act as the Solutions team's voice to the Product organization to enhance internal and external software products.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, with potential for full staff responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business) or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, management consulting, high-growth startups, or big tech.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, or Python for data analytics.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• English language proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in freight, logistics, EVs, and/or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Swedish, German, and/or Dutch.
