What you will do

• Extract data from proprietary systems, perform quantitative analyses, and draw valuable insights.
• Present insights to senior leaders across all business functions to inform strategic decisions.
• Take ownership of the business results and impact associated with strategic initiatives.
• Diligently execute key processes such as market benchmarking, budgeting, and talent analytics.

Requirements

• Entry-level role; no prior work experience is necessary, but relevant internships are desirable.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, evidenced by a 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance).
• Aptitude for solving complex and unstructured problems.
• Highly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
