Salary: $110,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Analyze Go-to-Market (GTM) performance data to surface insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Support segmentation, account prioritization, and territory planning.
• Manage recurring reporting for pipeline, funnel metrics, and revenue performance.
• Own key Hubspot operational components and build/maintain Salesforce dashboards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and rules of engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations & Strategy, or similar, for a SaaS or Fintech company.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, sales reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with Hubspot.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support.
• Must work from the Mountain View, CA office three days a week.
