What you will do

• Represent and champion life sciences client needs across technology initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify product and service opportunities based on customer challenges and regulatory trends.
• Develop and own a 1-2 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with Life Sciences business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine product roadmaps and tactical delivery plans.
• Engage with top clients and prospects to understand evolving needs and support pre-sales efforts.
• Define positioning and packaging strategies based on platform differentiation and value proposition.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in product management, solution ownership, or strategic consulting roles, required within Life Sciences: Pharma, Biotech, or CRO.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic product roadmaps and bridging business vision with technical execution.
• Deep understanding of the life sciences technology ecosystem including CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and/or eCOA systems.
• Experience working with or integrating products/platforms such as Veeva, Medidata, or similar technologies used for clinical trials data management.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in life sciences content services and localization tech.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams, and presenting to executive and customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with localization technologies (e.g., TMS, CAT, LQA, MT, integrations).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
