What you will do

• Define overall system architecture, including microservices and event-driven patterns, and select the appropriate technology stacks.
• Architect scalable solutions for the Life Sciences Business Unit, integrating AI/ML-driven analytics into proposals.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams through guidance on best practices and architectural code reviews.
• Establish governance standards for coding, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including proposal development, bid preparation, and client presentations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the IT domain with a background in software engineering and data analytics.
• Deep expertise in solution architecture for BI, cloud services, and data integration tools.
• Technical proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET for developing data-heavy applications.
• Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry or similar highly regulated environments.
• Must be based in Romania.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
