What you will do

• Build and maintain data dashboards using SQL and Quicksight to enable evidence-based decision-making for PMs and leadership.
• Define and report on key product health metrics, including adoption, retention, and support load.
• Coordinate end-to-end product releases and launch readiness across Marketing, Sales, and Client Communications.
• Standardize product team workflows and build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility and feedback cycles.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical thinking for interpreting complex data and spotting patterns.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, or Brazil.
• English proficiency is required.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country product launch environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in a distributed team.
