What you will do
- Lead product strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps, and data-informed prioritisation for the Platform organisation.
- Ensure buy-in and visibility of the Platform product direction and priorities across product teams and wider hirify.global.
- Work closely with the Experiences product leadership team to ensure alignment of roadmaps and goals.
- Deliver results through user-centric experimentation and data-informed build/buy/partner product decisions.
- Lead change to establish a best-in-class product management organization and enable the wider community to thrive.
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive collaboration to build alignment on strategic direction and priorities.
Requirements
- Experienced senior product leader with proven ability to lead large product management teams through transformational change.
- Demonstrated track record of leading Platform-first product teams and delivering successful Platform products and capabilities.
- Practitioner of modern product management practices and Agile ways of working, championing product operating model principles.
- Highly capable of working effectively with technical and business leaders, partnering on technical architecture and business/user needs.
- Strong platform product leadership and change leadership experience, able to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Adept at managing numerous, diverse senior and executive-level stakeholders, often under tight timescales and competing priorities.
