What you will do
- Define and communicate long-term product vision and multi-pillar strategy for hirify.global Partner Solutions and Retail Innovation.
- Lead product direction for next-generation ticketing and B2B innovations, reducing friction and supporting greener travel.
- Oversee the evolution of partner platforms and products, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security across Europe.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of B2B platforms, ensuring strong engineering partnership and platform reliability.
- Ensure product strategy and prioritization align with partner value, commercial impact, and revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop senior product leaders, building a high-performing product organization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior B2B or partner product leadership roles, owning strategy and delivery for complex portfolios.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering product strategies at scale in technically complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with revenue and growth teams.
- Experience leading and developing senior product managers and product leaders.
- Ability to balance innovation with operational reliability and regulatory constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influence at VP and Exec level.
Nice to have
- Experience leading B2B platforms, APIs, or distribution products.
- Experience with partner-facing platforms, white-label solutions, or regulated industries.
- Background in travel, transport, or marketplace-based businesses.
- Experience taking early-stage innovations from pilot to scaled enterprise products.
