What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and product development from strategy to delivery across multiple industries.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business needs.
• Drive a product mindset and own the overall product development lifecycle, utilising lean and agile approaches.
• Leverage data and AI to improve understanding and validation of user needs, product performance, and value created.
• Be heavily involved in pre-sales activities, creating proposals and pitches.
• Support the Director of Product by guiding and supporting other team members.

Requirements

• May start date required.
• 10+ years of product management experience, of which at least 4 years in a client-facing role (consultancy / agency experience).
• Experience using a stack of GenAI tools for creating and vibe-coding product concepts, PoC, and delivering measurable productivity gains.
• Proven experience managing teams and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in developing new revenue streams, leading ideas from concept to launch and scale.
• Skilled at building relationships with C-suite executives and confident driving conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with/within the UK Public Sector.
• Varied industry experience, with depth in Public Sector, FS, or AI.
