What you will do
- Reach out to hosts via phone to pre-qualify needs and evaluate interest in hirify.global's offering.
- Build trust and interest around hirify.global's vacation rental solutions.
- Tailor messages using provided scripts based on customer type.
- Achieve monthly targets for scheduled meetings.
- Maintain accurate and structured notes in the CRM for smooth handoffs.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead, receive daily feedback, and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
- Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivation to achieve goals and overcome objections.
- Structured work ethic and strong self-organization.
- Curiosity and openness.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
