What you will do

  • Reach out to hosts via phone to pre-qualify needs and evaluate interest in hirify.global's offering.
  • Build trust and interest around hirify.global's vacation rental solutions.
  • Tailor messages using provided scripts based on customer type.
  • Achieve monthly targets for scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and structured notes in the CRM for smooth handoffs.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead, receive daily feedback, and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (native or near-native) and professional English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation to achieve goals and overcome objections.
  • Structured work ethic and strong self-organization.
  • Curiosity and openness.
  • Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
