What you will do

  • Oversee the entire game development process from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage project planning, scope evaluation, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Establish and maintain a tracking system for roadmap commitments, aligning expectations among stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies within the organization and development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the hiring process and cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Previous involvement in the iGaming industry.
  • Profound understanding of the game production lifecycle and stages.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficient in creating and managing project plans, budgets, and status reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with advanced English skills (both written and spoken).
