What you will do

• Manage development process from concept to release, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and QA to define goals, milestones, and organizational structure.
• Create and track project budgets, allocate resources, and manage external vendors.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and risk mitigation throughout the cycle.
• Serve as central communication point, providing updates to stakeholders and fostering team culture.
• Translate creative concepts into plans with Game Director and coordinate launch efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Senior/Lead Game Producer with successful launches.
• Strong understanding of game development processes (design, art, programming, QA).
• Excellent project management skills with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for gaming, industry trends, and familiarity with Unreal Engine teams.
