Location: Stockholm (on-site, 4 days in office per week, 1 day optional WFH). Onboarding fully in office. Relocation package for international talent.

What you will do

• Facilitate team ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Monitor progress, deliverables, and milestones for timely delivery
• Optimize workflows with Jira and support product development processes
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Directors, and teams on communication and resources
• Remove impediments, improve focus, and prioritize tasks
• Implement project vision and foster result-oriented culture (optionally: manage talent, performance reviews, and studio improvements)

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 3+ years as Producer, Project Manager, or Team Lead in video game industry
• Expertise in agile methodologies and project management
• Strong understanding of game/software development and team dynamics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and feedback skills
• For managerial path: experience in full employee lifecycle and leadership

Nice to have

• Experience with live service games
• Led team shipping AAA title
• Similar role in IT/entertainment
• Technical game development background
