Location: Hybrid setup in Espoo, Finland (two days at the office per week)

What you will do
- Take ownership of the project portfolio and external productions to ensure successful delivery of top-quality games.
- Support the pitching and development of unique concepts, including cloud streaming and mixed reality experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal support teams and external partners such as Apple, Google, and Amazon.
- Analyze and improve development processes to ensure the team is organized efficiently.
- Steer the roadmap using data-informed priorities, balancing team capacity and velocity.
- Foster an inclusive culture of accountability while supporting the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- Around 8 years of expertise in mobile game production.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead producer or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in Unity, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full game lifecycle, from prototyping to live operations.
- Strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of game design.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Finland.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with XR gaming and streaming platforms.
- Existing professional networks with leading game studios and external partners.
- Experience planning and delivering both 2D and 3D game productions.
