What you will do

• Manage the full development process from concept to release, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and QA to define goals, milestones, and organizational structure.
• Create and track project budgets, allocate resources, and manage external vendors.
• Oversee quality assurance, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as central communication point, providing updates to stakeholders and fostering team culture.
• Work with Game Director to translate concepts into plans and oversee launch with marketing coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Game Producer with successful launches.
• Strong understanding of game development processes (design, art, programming, QA).
• Excellent project management skills with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and Agile methodologies.
• Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for gaming and industry trends; familiar with Unreal Engine teams.
