What you will do
- Own revenue models, forecast pipeline, and interrogate funnel performance with precision.
- Optimize HubSpot to manage the full customer lifecycle from "Lead-to-Win/Loss".
- Translate financial insights into concrete, actionable playbooks for GTM teams.
- Ensure GTM teams are aligned and adhering to operational standards and strategy.
- Remove friction and build a structured environment where predictable growth is the standard.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or a strategic Finance or Operations role.
- HubSpot expert with hands-on CRM workflow experience.
- Strong B2B background in mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue performance tracking.
- Proven ability to turn data into business decisions and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field.
Nice to have
- Experience with process mapping and building scalable playbooks.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of tools and standards across teams.
- Understanding of how commercial and legal structures affect forecasting and data quality.
- Comfortable working with BI tools or advanced reporting layers on top of HubSpot.
