The recruiting agency Brightman invites a Business Development Manager (Europe).
The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.
With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.
Responsibilities:
– Full-cycle processing of warm inbound leads from the Europe region website: from initial contact to contract signing and Statement of Work.
– Managing client communication: negotiations, terms alignment, preparation of commercial proposals.
– Close collaboration with presales and delivery departments in preparing and conducting client presentations and demo sessions.
– Handing over signed contracts to account managers of the respective business unit.
– Working to improve lead-to-contract conversion rates.
– Business travel for client meetings after successful completion of the probationary period.
– Maintaining lead reporting in CRM.
Must-haves:
– Sales experience with a proven track record of closed deals from 4 years.
– Negotiation skills, document handling, attention to detail.
– Stress resilience, high productivity, teamwork ability.
– Willingness to travel and work from the office.
– Experience in IT sales or related areas — a strong advantage.
– Understanding of contract fundamentals, experience working with legal departments.
– Level of English - from Advanced and above.
