What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization for hirify.global’s global third-party content syndication portfolio.
  • Expand beyond traditional syndication models by piloting alternative paid formats to reach executive audiences.
  • Serve as the primary commercial and strategic owner for third-party syndication vendors, holding them accountable to performance.
  • Partner closely with Procurement and Legal to negotiate pricing, terms, and renewals.
  • Ensure vendors meet all technical delivery standards and coordinate with Martech/Marketing Operations to improve data quality.
  • Build and maintain best practice documentation and provide strategic guidance to other marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B paid media, lead generation, or content syndication.
  • Strong knowledge of third-party syndication vendors and gated asset distribution dynamics.
  • Experience coordinating with Martech/Marketing Operations on lead flow, mapping, and data QA.
  • Demonstrated success in improving lead quality and managing multi-vendor portfolios.
  • Ability to influence across teams, communicate clearly, and drive alignment in complex environments.
  • Strength in vendor evaluation, negotiation, performance analysis, and issue escalation.
