What you will do

• Drive program roadmap, strategic decision making and delivery plan for large cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management of multiple worldwide business partners to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Communicate program information to various levels across organizational boundaries, including senior leadership.
• Proactively identify critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them to closure, balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the optimal outcome of complex programs.
• Utilize knowledge to enhance current processes, identify areas for improvement, and guide the implementation of those improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale business systems and/or complex software development initiatives.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, Design/System Thinking, Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum and Kanban, and Program Management Methodologies.
• Effective leadership to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines, craft action and program plans, and identify gaps and risks.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences, presenting program objectives, strategic outcomes, and success criteria.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Expert level experience with JIRA and ability to build custom dashboards to measure progress and risks.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued improvement of the program management organization.
