What you will do

• Administer and architect the enterprise Atlassian Cloud environment to ensure scalability and governance.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Atlassian configurations and templates.
• Build robust automation and reporting systems using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, REST APIs, and Python.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate OKRs into executable delivery models.
• Drive adoption of Jira Product Discovery and Atlassian Strategy Collection to improve portfolio visibility and prioritization.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on best practices for planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology or consulting, with 8+ years of Jira/Confluence administration.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, large-scale environments.
• Technical proficiency in JQL, workflows, schemes, Python, REST APIs, and Groovy (ScriptRunner).
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world product workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
