What you will do

• Provide Atlassian platform administration and solution design for the enterprise Atlassian Cloud environment, ensuring scalability and governance.
• Consult with business stakeholders to understand strategies and requirements, translating them into practical Atlassian configurations.
• Build robust automation and reporting using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST APIs, Python, and JQL.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program Management Office to translate strategy and OKRs into executable delivery models.
• Enable enterprise planning and portfolio visibility by designing solutions for road mapping, dependency, and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and office hours to upskill teams on using Atlassian tools for decision-making and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts.
• Advanced skills in JQL, workflows, schemes, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience using REST APIs, Groovy (ScriptRunner), and Python.
• US work authorization is required (employer participates in E-Verify).

• Proven track record of driving program delivery at scale within a technology-driven organization.
• Demonstrated ability to safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions.
