What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics for the Dental Solution business across the SEA region.
• Oversee marketing functional strategic planning, managing budget, and supervising the team.
• Set branding strategy, lead internal and external teams on integrated brand and product marketing programs, and manage program tactics.
• Define guidelines/methods/standards for the Marketing function to continuously improve capabilities, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and tactics in line with business goals and customer insights on value perceptions.
• Manage new product efforts with cross-functional team and lead cross-functional team through gate review process for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor level university/college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in the medical devices industry.
• Expert knowledge and experience with current theories and practices in marketing/digital marketing, market research, omni-channel marketing, branding, and CRM.
• More than 5 years in a managerial position with strong leadership capability.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and communicate with insights and data.
• Very strategic thinking with the proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans.
