Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid). Regular trips to Berlin for on-site teamwork when working remotely.

Salary: €45,000–€55,000 / year

What you will do

  • Own and manage the marketing funnel across channels, using a data-driven approach.
  • Manage the company website, including structure, content, and optimization.
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales assets like presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Develop and maintain the product guide and user-facing communication materials.
  • Own user communication, translating product updates and new features into clear messages.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, with a proactive, results-oriented style.
  • Experience with marketing and website tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Figma or comparable alternatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of data-driven work.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (German is a plus).
  • Clear and confident communication with a strong sense for audience-specific messaging.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in a B2B software environment.
  • Previous exposure to product marketing or close collaboration with sales teams.
