What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative content strategies to amplify hirify.global’s brand across professional platforms.
• Own hirify.global’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
• Act as personal brand manager for senior leadership, shaping executive voices through thought leadership, ghostwriting, and content coaching.
• Act as an internal producer for hirify.global’s owned B2B video content series created for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Translate B2C material from archives and daily output to B2B forums.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and long-form social content that resonate with candidates, partners, and industry peers.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years’ experience in PR, content marketing, social media, employer branding, or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and growing a brand’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy and analytics.
• Proven track record of building employer brands or executive personal brands through social and thought leadership content.
• Strong network of media contacts with the ability to pitch, secure, and amplify coverage across press and social platforms.
• Exceptional writing skills, including experience in ghostwriting for senior stakeholders and producing long-form professional content.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact content and brand narratives, comfortable working directly with C-suite leadership.
