TL;DR

Creative Marketing Manager (People Product): Developing and executing content strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads, with an accent on enhancing hirify.global People’s presence and engagement. Focus on executive thought leadership and optimising content strategies.

Location: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Salary: PLN24,700 - PLN29,100 gross monthly (Krakow, Poland)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage and create organic social media content to enhance hirify.global People’s presence and engagement.
  • Own the editorial calendar for executive thought leadership, helping position hirify.global People’s leadership team as industry experts.
  • Create and optimise content assets, including whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and gated materials.
  • Repurpose website content into new SEO-driven pages to improve search visibility and attract inbound traffic.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging visual assets for content distribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in organic demand generation, including SEO, content strategy, and social media.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
  • Impressive copywriting and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of engaging content.
  • A data-driven mindset and be comfortable analysing performance metrics and optimising content strategies.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or a fast-scaling startup.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Experience with other inbound-generating channels, such as social media, etc.
