Requirements
- Proven track record of co-developing data-driven business plans and building robust pipelines with reselling partners.
- Seasoned sales professional skilled in navigating co-selling processes and directly supporting reseller activities.
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams (field engineering, support, services) to meet partner needs and solve complex challenges.
- Experience leading joint planning processes that establish clear financial targets, performance goals, and success milestones.
- History of success selling through partner organizations to end-users, maintaining alignment with partner sales teams.
- Adept at coordinating internal and partner personnel to develop integrated solutions for end-user pain points.
- Experienced in managing partner compliance and agreements, balancing firm requirements with a collaborative spirit.
