Channel Account Manager (Government Healthcare and Education): Leading the strategy and execution for Government, Education, and Healthcare (GHE) accounts, empowering partners to deliver world-class security solutions with an accent on scaling partner capabilities across sales, presales, and post-sales. Focus on driving consistent bookings through the partner ecosystem and cultivating high-impact relationships with senior executives at key reseller partners.

Location: Must be based in the US (Illinois, Chicago or Washington, D.C.)

Salary: $135,000–$175,000 (Base Pay) or $240,000–$280,000 (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Lead regular sales reviews to maintain team alignment and meet targets.
  • Drive consistent bookings through the partner ecosystem to scale hirify.global's enterprise footprint.
  • Cultivate high-impact relationships with senior executives at key reseller partners.
  • Drive the partner ecosystem across your territory for Government, Education, and Healthcare (GHE).
  • Scale partner capabilities across sales, presales, and post-sales to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of co-developing data-driven business plans and building robust pipelines with reselling partners.
  • Seasoned sales professional skilled in navigating co-selling processes and directly supporting reseller activities.
  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams (field engineering, support, services) to meet partner needs and solve complex challenges.
  • Experience leading joint planning processes that establish clear financial targets, performance goals, and success milestones.
  • History of success selling through partner organizations to end-users, maintaining alignment with partner sales teams.
  • Adept at coordinating internal and partner personnel to develop integrated solutions for end-user pain points.
  • Experienced in managing partner compliance and agreements, balancing firm requirements with a collaborative spirit.
